Terms of Service

By accessing or using WallyWorld Overnight Guide ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

WallyWorld Overnight Guide provides a community-driven platform that helps RV travelers locate Walmart stores that may allow overnight parking. Our service includes:

• A database of Walmart locations with user-reported overnight parking information
• User-submitted reviews, ratings, and photographs
• Interactive maps and search functionality
• Community features including points and leaderboards

Important: We do NOT guarantee the accuracy of any information. Overnight parking policies vary by location and can change without notice. Always verify with store management before parking.

Subscription Plans:

• Monthly, new enrollments: billed at the current rate displayed at checkout, with a six-month minimum commitment.
• Annual, new enrollments: billed at the current annual rate displayed at checkout and renews annually until canceled.

Cancellation Policy:

• Monthly plans may be canceled after the 6-month minimum commitment period
• Early cancellation of monthly plans will still result in billing for remaining months of the commitment
• Annual subscriptions may be canceled before the next renewal; access continues through the paid term. Refunds are not automatic and are governed by the applicable purchase terms and law.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or a prior agreement. Existing subscribers retain the terms accepted when they subscribed; this promotion does not retroactively change their billing.

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in reviews and reports
• Not submit false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
• Not harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Not attempt to manipulate the points or review system
• Not use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Respect other users' privacy

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Violation of our Community Guidelines
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended inactivity (30+ days for beta accounts)
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We are not obligated to provide refunds upon termination for cause.

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WallyWorld Overnight Guide or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

User-submitted content (reviews, photos) remains the property of the submitting user, but by submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
